Paid media

Spend where the margin is.

The average price of a Meta ad rose 12% in the last year. Getting in front of people is no longer the hard part. What is left after the product, the delivery and the fees is.

On your store

How the spend is run.

  • Contribution, not ROAS

Every campaign judged after cost of goods, delivery and fees, which usually changes which ones look successful.

  • Budget behind what pays

Budget behind the products that pay, not the ones that merely sell.

  • Each channel, its own job

Search catches demand, Shopping shows the product, social creates the demand. Each measured on its own rather than lumped into one number.

  • Creative tested in sets

Enough variants to learn something, paced so you are not relearning it monthly.

  • One monthly view

One page a month: what to spend more on, what to stop, and what the spend left after costs.

  • Accounts in your name

Your Google and Meta accounts stay yours, with full access, whatever happens next.

Proof

For one of our clients, monthly sales grew 4x in six months. Ad efficiency rose from 3.6x to 4.6x, and a new customer ended up costing 6.7% less than at the start.

Acquisition cost rose during the scale-up before it came down.

  • What you get

Your Google and Meta accounts run to a contribution target you set, with budget and creative moved on what the numbers show.

  • A good fit if

Brands already spending on ads who cannot tell which campaigns actually pay.

  • The honest limit

Paid media exposes a store that does not convert. If the product page is the constraint, that gets fixed first.

Questions we get asked

What is paid media?

Advertising on Google, Meta and the other platforms. Here it is judged on what is left after the cost of the product, delivery and fees, rather than on revenue or ROAS. That changes which campaigns look successful, and usually where the budget goes.

Do you need our margins?

Yes. Without cost of goods and delivery, ROAS is a vanity number.

Google or Meta?

Where each earns its place. Often one is doing the work and the other is being credited for it.

Minimum spend?

No rule, but below a few hundred a month there is not enough data to manage anything.
